Security Controller/Deployment Officer

Coordinate daily guard deployment and roster changes from our command centre, matching officers to sites and covering last-minute gaps.

We're looking for a Security Controller / Deployment Officer to manage daily guard deployment from our 24/7 command centre.

You'll match available officers to sites, handle last-minute roster changes and no-shows, and keep supervisors and clients informed of any coverage adjustments in real time.

This is a full-time role with shift coverage required, including some nights and weekends. Benefits include shift allowances, performance bonuses and company-paid upgrading training.
