Operations Manager
Oversee day-to-day security operations across all client sites, managing rosters, performance and escalations for the wider guarding team.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee guarding operations across our full portfolio of client sites in Singapore.
You'll manage a team of supervisors and controllers, own roster planning and performance across sites, and act as the escalation point for incidents that need management-level attention.
This is a full-time role suited to candidates with prior security or operations management experience. Benefits include performance bonuses, long service awards and company-paid upgrading training.
